- All orders placed are subject to acceptance and availability. All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The price of a product displayed on the website at the time the order is accepted will be honored.
- Acceptance of your order
- We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn. Furthermore, we may refuse to process a transaction for any reason to anyone at any time at our discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold; removing, or editing any materials or content on the Site; refusing to process a transaction or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
Orders will be processed within 24 hours of placing your order during normal working hours.
If your item is a special order, you will be notified by email of the processing time. - Payments
- Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard or American Express cards. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account when you place your order with Capolla. If your order cannot be accepted your total order amount will be refunded back to the card used at the time of order. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Capolla, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We take care to make our Site as secure as possible. All credit card transactions on this site are processed using a secure online payment. At Capolla we do not hold your credit card details on the website or our customer database, unless you have specifically authorized us to do so. Furthermore, we will take all the care, as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.
- Tracking your order
- You will be emailed an order confirmation and supplied with a tracking number and link to track your order online. If you require further information please contact sales@capolla.com. Capolla will store a record of your transactions for a minimum of one year. Please note that for your security only a record of your transaction is kept on the Capolla website. Your credit card details are not held on the website.
- Shipping
- You can expect that items will usually arrive at their destination within the timeframe specified for each service. Delivery may take longer to areas outside major cities, or where your item is dutiable (subject to import tax), or is held in customs (where this import tax is collected).
- A signature will be collected upon delivery
- We offer a door to door delivery service
- You can keep track your item from the time of dispatch until it reaches your required destination
- We cannot courier items to a PO Box address
- Insurance
- Your goods will be insured by Capolla during transit, until it is delivered to you. A signature will be collected upon delivery, at which point the responsibility of your goods is passed to you. If the sent item is required to be delivered to someone who is not you, then you accept that their signature upon delivery transfers the responsibility in the same way.
- Tax & Duties
- Depending on the destination you may have to pay additional taxes or duties. Capolla will not be held responsible for any additional taxes or duties incurred by your country. Please check your local customs for more information.
- Free shipping
- Free shipping promotions will be offered from time to time by Capolla. To be notified of these special offers please sign up to fashion notes.
- Returns
- In order to facilitate a return, you must email us at sales@capolla.com within 5 days of receiving your goods.
You will be sent a returns authorisation number and a returns form to fill out with instructions on how to return the item.
Once you have received an authorisation number the item must be returned within 14 days to receive refund.
Once the product has been received it will undergo a quality control check to ensure that the item is unworn at the original tags are still in place.
All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card within 14 days. You will be notified once the refund has been made.
You will be refunded for the price you paid for the item at the time of purchase excluding shipping costs paid.
Please note refunds will only be available for full price items. Sale items can still be exchanged. Final sales items from the clearance area are not able to be returned.
We do not accept returns on jewellery or accessories.
- Exchanges
- In order to facilitate an exchange, you must email us at sales@capolla.com within 5 days of receiving your goods. Please let us know the item you wish to exchange for so we can hold it for you.
You will be sent a returns authorisation number and a returns & exchange form to fill out with instructions on how to return the item.
Once you have received an authorisation number the item must be returned within 14 days to proceed with the exchange.
Once the product has been received it will undergo a quality control check to ensure that the item is unworn at the original tags are still in place.
Your exchanged item will be sent back to you free of charge. Any difference in price will be charged or refunded to your credit card used at the time of purchase.
Please note exchanges are valid on sale items but not on items from the clearance area.br>
If you receive a faulty product, please notify Capolla at sales@capolla.com immediately and the item will be exchanged for you.
